Sometimes there is a sync issue like that and there is little to do to fix it from your end. You could try closing all apps and restart both devices.Ihad already earned similar limited edition challenges like Ring in the New Year, National Parks, and others. Two days before the end of the challenge requirement, I noticed all of my limited edition challenges were gone with no section for limited edition challenges. I restarted phone and watch and updated them both (if applicable).
