The fan may not ramp up much if any at normal operating temperatures. The temperature needs to be higher and the A/C operating, even higher without the A/C. The ramp up and down is a slow transition. The PCM sets the fan speed at ~10% by default. When there is a cooling system fault condition, it defaults to ~75-78%.

You’re better off getting on the G3 Hemi swap Facebook page. Much better information on there. Be very careful on what cam you get for a 5.7 because they can be overcammed easy and you’ll lose your bottom end torque. You can get almost the same amount of power for a lot less money by using a 6.4 six speed cam. M.
