I know people will say it’s dangerous not to upgrade the iOS but my phone is still very fast and works fine battery life is short when using the phone so a battery upgrade is in my future. It will undoubtedly get minor updates and security patches for a year or so, just as ios 15 is still receiving security updates today. Reply.

Just got the 13 a month ago. There's basically zero hardware upgrades from the 13-15. 1 or 2 cores isn't going to be a game changer. I don't intend to change phones for at least 5 years. A friend is still using the iPhone 8! No issues. Don't buy into the hype.

I’m in a country where WhatsApp is the main messenger so don’t use iMessage that often. But the thing with the group also applies to WhatsApp. Name the group family or something.
I had both iPhone 13 Pro/Promax and their battery efficiency is insane, especially the 13 Pro Max. I doubt that the Pixel 8/8Pro won't be that great in battery life compared to the iPhone 13 Pro. Also, resale value would probably be better even 2-year-old iPhone 13 Pro in the long run. If the camera is most important for you, I would go with
